Refund policy
Due to the living nature of turf, all sales are generally final. If turf is defective or significantly not as described, the customer must contact Cedar Creek Turf within 24 hours of delivery. A complaint must be lodged in writing via email, accompanied by photographic evidence clearly showing the defect or discrepancy. As turf is a living product, it is recommended that it be laid immediately upon delivery and watered well. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may affect any claim for a refund or replacement
